PowerPoint

On the phone with someone and want to quickly show them a PowerPoint Presentation? "Broadcast" the slide show to them. People you invite get to view your presentation via the browser (IE, Safari, FireFox) without needing PowerPoint on their box.

Tired of Information overload? Watch as I leverage the new conversation view which allows me to triage Conversations vs. Individual email items... saving me a TON of time each day!

Get off the "Pain Train"! You know, those threads that mean nothing to you... They have no relevance to your job and you could care less about the topic. Or, those threads where everyone hits 'reply all' and says "stop replying all". Watch as Outlook 2010 allows me to "Ignore" those threads... moving the entire thread to my deleted items but, more importantly, preventing future items related to that thread from hitting my inbox! Nice!

Watch as I remove all of the duplicate items a folder, getting rid of 2/3 of the items... making sure it keeps the latest version of the thread for me! This makes Triaging email so much easier! Ahhh...
